LAPD is investigating the death of a newborn boy who was possibly thrown from a 4th-floor window in L.A.'s Skid Row on Thursday.

SKID ROW, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating after a newborn boy died on Skid Row in Downtown L.A. on Thursday. The baby was found in the area of the 500 block of San Pedro Street at about 5:30 a.m., according to authorities. At one point, passersby performed CPR on the newborn.
