Palestinian officials say an Israeli strike hit a tent sheltering a displaced family in the central Gaza Strip, killing at least three people including the parents of twins.

The strike hit a house in the city of Jabaliya, which has repeatedly come under attack as the Israeli military has pressed an offensive in northern Gaza.

Lebanon's health ministry said an Israeli strike on the southern town of Saksakiyeh killed at least seven people on Monday, with women and children among the dead.
