Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan are teaming up after 33 years for Vettaiyan. At the audio launch, Rajinikanth gave an emotional speech for the actor.

The superstars of Indian cinema, Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, are all set to reunite on the big screen after 33 years with the film Vettaiyan. As the movie releases on October 10, 2024, the makers held a prevue event where Rajinikanth was all-praise for Big B.

Vettaiyan also marks the screen reunion of Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth, who last worked in the 1991 film Hum.

Rajinikanth attended the audio launch of Vettaiyan on Friday, September 20, where he spoke about his co-star Amitabh Bachchan at length. He recounted Big B's severe financial difficulties in the 1990s when his company AB Corporation went bankrupt and how he bounced back.
