Wales scrum-half Tomos Williams has been ruled out of the Autumn Nations Series match against Australia in Cardiff on Sunday. The Gloucester half-back suffered a shoulder injury in the 24-19 defeat against Fiji and is replaced by Cardiff' Ellis Bevan.

Wales has lost scrumhalf Tomos Williams to injury and made four changes to its beleaguered team for the rugby test against Australia.

Mason Grady has been ruled out of Wales' remaining autumn games and is a doubt for the start of the 2025 Six Nations, against France in Paris on Friday, 31 January. The versatile threequarter left the field after suffering ankle damage in the early stages of Wales' defeat by Fiji last Sunday and will undergo surgery.

Wales wing Mason Grady will undergo surgery and miss the rest of the Autumn Nations Series campaign. Grady was injured in the 17th minute of Sunday’s 24-19 defeat by Fiji in Cardiff. A Welsh Rugby Union statement said: “Mason Grady has been released from the Wales senior men’s squad.
